Luxury bathroom, Standard hotel

Other than the luxurious bathrooms, this was a rather basic hotel. The carpets were not clean, there was a hair in the bed and dirt on the pillowcase. I was shocked to learn we had to pay $25 a day for the microwave, why not just include it? Once we finally got it, the microwave door was jammed and we had to press button a ton of times to open it. Inconvenient when I just paid the price for brand new microwave. Staff was friendly, but spoke little English.

Great location and clean room, however I wouldnt stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. During our 3-day stay, almost all of our plans were within a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I was impressed by the stylish design and cleanliness of both the hotel lobby and our room. The view from our 4th-floor king room overlooking the city was delightful.

One aspect of my stay that left me feeling dissatisfied was the overall sense of detachment and coldness. Upon arrival, I dropped off my luggage at the hotel hours before check-in. However, despite arriving half an hour after receiving a call that my room was ready, I still had to retrieve my luggage from the lobby myself. Throughout my stay, the interactions with the staff were minimal, with only a brief exchange of 2-3 sentences during check-in. Despite frequenting the lobby multiple times a day, I felt barely acknowledged by the staff. Another disappointment was the lack of attention to detail regarding room amenities. Despite booking the room for two people, only one bathrobe was provided, and there was only one hook available to hang it. Furthermore, we were not provided with any information about the hotel's amenities or encouraged to explore the connected cafe or restaurant. It was only through our own exploration that we discovered the presence of a pool.

Lovely hotel!

Moretti for breakfast in restaurant.Made reservation for 11.Then told 5 minutes to order.Coffees cold.Egg order not done properly toast wrong all for 90 bucks! Awful!!!!
