Nice property!

Didnt get breakfast on 2 days because we left too early. Thats one reason we got this place but only got it 1 out of 3 days as we had to leave at 5 on 2 out of 3 mornings. The store was EXTREMELY expensive. 2 candy bars for $10.00. The first night I got a burger I think it was just microwaved. Wasnt good at all.

We booked accommodation with continental breakfast. One word for breakfast - horrible. You will get a breakfast voucher that can be exchanged on one of 3 small breakfast muffins, coffee and doughnut. It's not a continental, but cheapest fast food that I ever seen. I've tried to get a refund for unused breakfast but did get nothing. The main reason - I booked through 3rd party and we cannot help you. (Booking.com)

Everything! Having a one bedroom king suite was awesome for me and my 2 young girls. Having a full kitchen was fabulous too...i was able to save a lot of money by not eating out and also cook my family xmas dinner.

It was pleasant , quiet, no rowdy crowds encountered in the elevator or on n the hallway. Felt secure too.

Bad service and impolite staff

Nice bed

No cleaning of the room. Staff said it says on website need ask for cleaning. We asked for cleaning, but nobody came. They claim they have happy hour at the lobby bar, but it is only a few beer that have it. And it is actually not happy hour, as it requires buy one get one free, but it is not. Really unfriendly bartender. Always the longest wait at reception desk, impossible to talk to hotel staff unless wanted to wait for min 30 min. General Service from hotel staff was extremely bad. Hotel will probably say they are busy during Christmas holiday, but that is not an excuse.

Awesome location but lacked in a couple of amenities.

Great location, beautiful hotel & comfortable room

Staff at Reception were not helpful, there were no robes or slippers nor tea in the room. The valet and housekeeping staff were helpful.

the breakfast was included to our booikng but we were forced to pay for that extra and after the 2 days we were informed that the check in lady forgot to give us the vouchers the breakafst is totally poor very limited expensive and not good quality dissapointing for a Hilton hotel
