Went for a fun girls trip and instead it turned out to be an exceptionally fun girls trip!!!!!

Best breakfast I have ever had in an upscale hotel. We did a girls weekend and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Your staff/facility was super friendly. We so enjoyed walking around the hotel and reading all about its history. It is absolutely beautiful and we got lots of photos too. Would definitely come back here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff as always was great. Very friendly. Very helpful, when needed.

Our only issue came from the kitchen on Saturday morning for breakfast. 3 out of the 4 in our group ordered the Palm Court Benedict(with smoked salmon). It wasn't very crowded but, we waited for quite a while for our food. Unfortunately, it arrived at the table cold. The hollandaise sauce had "hardened". The eggs were over done or, possibly cold as they were not runny as they should have been. The salmon was almost ice cold. The wait staff (George was our waiter) was great as always!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway, solo travel, or for work.

Courteous staff; easy check-in/check-out; bar/restaurant on premises. Scott (front desk) was extremely friendly & helpful during check in. Pleasant first encounter after coming off the road. He went above & beyond. One of the perks of staying at a Hilton facility is they take pride in their customer service/customer service experience.

Not really a dislike, but just mentioning having to go to the lower level for valet- not the main door. Also, you pay the valet separately from your room stay.

Just a couple things

Staff was friendly, lobbies were decorative and room were fairly clean.

Upon checking in, I confirmed the floor number with the front desk as the handwriting on the card was slightly illegible but not a big deal. Once we got up to the room, we immediately noticed the shower running and possessions scattered in front of the entryway. We immediately returned to the lobby and re-checked in to a new room, the staff admitted knowing whether or not the guests were aware of the incident helps how to handle the situation (not sure if that means nothing was done or said). Our room was clean, the air filter probably needed changed because objects became dusty overnight and unfortunately the bathroom shower did not drain very well so as you showered the bath filled with your used shower water. Overall, nothing that impacted the trip to the point that it was ruined but some things that should probably be addressed.
