Superb

Central, clean, friendly hostel.

Super clean, friendly staff and excellent location. Nice hanging area and kitchen with big table.

If this wants to be an eco hostel then it needs double glazed windows. You could feel the wind through the cracks and with the radiators pumping out heat its quite wasteful of energy! It would be nice to have at least one notice as you go up the stairs to tell you that you are in the right place! The toilet door could do with something to stop it banging as you go out. Sone noise of bottles being disposed of from the pub next door but I did expect that in town. Hooks for coats and towels in the dorm would be good. And a place in the shower to put your soap other than the floor!

Overall, a great place to stay if you don't have a lot of luggage.

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. It was cosy inside the bunk bed. The room was clean and there is sufficient space to store my suitcases. The shared seating area was comfortable and had a nice ambience.

Difficult to carry suitcases up - should make it more clear that the hostel is on the 3rd floor and that there is no lift. The mattress and pillow were not very comfortable.

Fantastic budget friendly hostel in perfect location for train arrivals / departures

Can't ask for a better location directly opposite the train station, good sized private room with towel provided. Good kitchen facilities & bathroom and toilets kept clean daily. Wifi working and friendly check in staff

It was above a pub so slightly noisy, but this wasn't terrible! It was on the forth floor so if you pack to much you'll struggle to carry up the stairs- but not an issue for me personally.

These are triple bunk beds so very low ceilings, you don't have to be claustrophobic

Really good hostel well located

Its well located in the City, really clean ans calm with a cocooning lounge

There were maybe not enough storage with coat hanger for example and the bunk beds move a lot when the upper person move a bit

Perfect base for a short stay in beautiful Edinburgh

Great location, very comfortable and clean, and good to have use of such a well-supplied and spotless kitchen.

The seating area was very uncomfortable - just a bit more padding would help!

Breakfast was supposed to be available at the hostel. And the place we were told about was less than average

Nowhere to hang your coat. No shelf near the bed. Just a big cage under the bed. And I chose a single bed which turned out to be bunk bed

Good

I had a comfortable 4 nights in the midst of Edinburghs city center.

The location was amazing and you couldnt be closer to the city center. The staff was super nice and helpful.

The doors of the room wouldnt always close well, so you had to mind that. There were 3 showers but only one had a dry place to put your toiletries on so the other two only had hooks to hang your clothes.
