Superb

We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Literally everything was great. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, reasonable price, very good breakfast, clean, convenient. The microwave and fridge were perfect great to have.

I prefer firmer pillows but there was nothing wrong with the pillows. Just my preference. There were several pillows on the bed, maybe if they were of varying firmnesses I would have found one I prefer.

Very good

We were only there a night but the interior was nice and we had lots of space in our room.

Check in and out were smooth and quick. The room overall was very nice except for the items mentioned below. The entrance was inviting and we did not need to negotiate any stairs with our luggage.

The refrigerator was not very cold so we did not put left over food in it. The room coffee was not very good. And there was a rustiness in bottom of toilet.

Yes, Id stay here again!

The staff was friendly, kind, and felt like family. I stayed at a more expensive place 2 mos ago, and have no complaints, but this place just feels like home . If I go to Albany again, Ill def. choose here. The room was clean, and the mini fridge didnt freeze everything, it worked properly. If I needed ANYTHING, they responded quickly.

Honestly, cant think of anything.

Okay but cost to much for the inconvenience

I didnt like not having access to the front entrance due to construction! I was concerned about walking around the property in the dark with my children to check in! And I dont like the conjoined rooms!

No access to front lobby with car! And conjoined rooms!

check in staff very disinterested in doing their job. Entire place was very noisy the whole night. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Toilet took forever to fill after a flush.
