Passable

The prices have gone up so much, but the facilities have not been upgraded. However, it was nice to not have to wait so

The room was too small and plain for the price. The mattress was worn out and the springs were too soft, making it very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed that the room was not upgraded for the price. Another problem was that the room temperature was set to the right temperature, but the temperature did not go down, so I had to sleep with the heater off at night because it was too hot.

It was our Christmas gift for our grandchildren and they adored it.

How much there was to do. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff. We really appreciated that the food was all made on site (and was yummy). Your lifeguards are very professional, which is both vital and reassuring.

I really cannot think of anything.

A must visit

The staff were incredibly helpful the hotel is immaculate very well taken care of food was great pricy but for a buffet it's a reasonable price and plenty of choices and can have lots. It was me and my kids first time going and we're definitely going back!

Amazing place for family and kids. There is always some activity for the kids. The rooms are spacious. The pool was not overcrowded as only guests could enter. Definitely recommended for families.
