Very good

Staff were very polite, helpful & very friendly. Hotel itself was lovely & location is ideal .

Hotel was fabulous & very good location as we were travelling by train it suited us.

Price didnt include breakfast which was very disappointing, as stay wasnt cheap.

When the heating in my room went off completely on a very cold night an electric heater was provided on request in the middle of the night. When my electronic keys did not work their uncharged state was confirmed by friendly staff and replaced by reception. The man on the door showed me a particular part of the hotel that I wished to see for reasons of historical research.

A Touch of Class

The Great Southern Hotel is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff and delicious food, it's a touch of luxury. We were upgraded to a suite and it was just out of this world, would highly recommend this hotel.
