Exceptional standard and the most beautiful staff. This is an ideal hotel if you are travelling on a late flight and need a safe haven. I would highly recommend a stay at Grandma's Hotel.

A really enjoyable stay at the start of holiday in Bali.

A perfect place to stay after a long haul fight. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the restaurant and breakfast were exceptional. Also there is a lovely Spa in the hotel.

I couldn't fault it.

Amazing staff and a good location close to the airport

The location and the service of the staff was amazing, I would recommend this hotel as its very good value for money.

The Wi-Fi was not very consistent, but wasnt a problem for me as I just used my own data.

Very kind staff and very good accomodation and very near airport!

the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room. A wonderful restaurant with delicious food. They provide me a big help about everything I needed. Thanks a lot!

Just one and only thing, the air condition was a little to loud when is ON. Everything rest is really good and nothing to see as a opportunity to improve.

Simple, budget accommodation close to the airport

Booked a room here since we had a very late flight out of Bali international airport. This hotel offered a budget room close to the hotel and we needed to kill a few hours between checkout and check in. Hotel delivered what we needed. Rooms are smallish, simple yet clean and close to the airport. We didnt expect any frills and there were none. Restaurant was very reasonably price and ok.
