Exceptional

Priyanshu on the front desk was excellent, the room and bed was comfy and we loved the rooftop bar and resturant.

Great position, loved the rooftop bar and Resturant. Priyanshu on front desk was excellent as were the rooms.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable Our room faced the street and we could smell people smoking outside all night The sound proofing was very poor Also the temperature in the lobby and common areas (including the lift) was almost unbearable It was 28-30 degrees our whole stay

Disappointing and not worth $400 a night

The location was perfect for new years

There was no parking, considering it was new years and they were fully booked out, they shouldve considered parking When I asked if they could let me know if parking comes available, the female serving me gave me a very not so welcoming facial expression. She was quite rude didnt bother to explain anything. Waited quite a long time to even check in there was a guy walking around seeing the lines but didnt bother to step in same as check out waited a while to check out, same thing girl on the computer didnt help had to wait for someone else. Will not be returning

Just Okay

Great location, staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable.

The cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing. Even the bath mat was all stained which you dont expect when paying $520 a night. The room was also tiny, fine for a night but wouldnt stay any longer.

Great location, super close to most of your needs in Auckland

Room was very small, was expecting better views of the city too. Our shower was also broken and the late night room service menu is very limited

Happy camper. Put mini bar cold drinks in the fridge. Cancel the tray charge.

Small hotel. Room service and restaurant.

The tray charge for room service. Drinks that should be cool in the mini bar werent in the fridge. They were hot stored on the shelf.

Comfortable due to bed size and location.

The size of the room and 2 Queen bed is very ideal for family of 4. Strategically located in CBD and walking distance to shopping and ferry terminal.

We had drinks at Level 13 bar. Service was poor. Front desk were ok not to say very friendly. No greetings etc. No help with luggage. We were told we get free ice cream when we stay at Movenpick but was inform this is not the case.
