Great stay in the old quarter of Hanoi

The location is fantastic, everything in the old quarter is walkable and yet the street itself is not too loud and actually quiet during the night. They also have a lovely rooftop area! The owners are super friendly and helpful with booking transport and trips. The room is very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Great central place to stay

Our room was spacious and clean, exactly like in the photos, with a street-facing balcony (it was a shame it was rainy so we didn't give it much use). The staff is very friendly, especially Ngoc who was like a ray of sunshine every morning and so helpful! The location of the hotel is excellent, with plenty choice of food and shopping right on the doorstep. Most mornings we had breakfast next door, which opens around 6am. Probably one of the best budget choices in Hanoi

The downside of staying in the centre of the Old Quarter is the street noise, which starts very early in the morning and continues until past midnight. Nothing some good earplugs can't fix :)

Disappointing stay despite a convenient location.

We chose this accommodation based on positive reviews, yet our experience was disappointing. Upon entering the room, a pervasive sewer smell lingered, and contrary to the description, what was labeled as an apartment turned out to be a single room. The layout resulted in a wet bathroom after using the shower due to its proximity to the toilet. The bed linens were also unclean, and despite requesting fresh sheets, we encountered the same issue multiple times, receiving sheets with hair on them. On a positive note, the location was convenient, offering amenities like tea, coffee, and water in the room. However, this isn't a hotel service, so items aren't replenished regularly. Overall, aside from the favorable location, the accommodation fell short of expectations.

Great stay in a great location

Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi. We loved having a little balcony and a fridge. The shower was good and the room very spacious. Also there is a lift and a rooftop terrace free to use.

Nothing really. Hanoi is a very busy and loud city. It really calms down around 11 pm, but if you are a light sleeper I would maybe recommend earplugs as you sometimes will have noise but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Good location with friendly staff

Located in the Old Quarter, it is a convenient place to stay. Our room window was not facing the street, and it was very quiet, same as the rooftop terrace. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
