will stay here again

Liked the location and have stayed here before, but prices are still steep

More milk and tea bags for a cuppa - don't be tight when we have paid top dollar

Pretty good.

Very central nicely appointed

The staff were quite off with us and not very friendly. The reception desk isnt set out very well which contributes to the problem. Would prefer to be able to book a parking space rather than taking a chance on finding a space ( and then paying for it).

Exceptional

Staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Location was excellent.We stayed in a suite which was really comfortable with a nice view of the square.The bar had a nice atmosphere.

Pleasant

A great location but the hotel was cold.

It was a perfect location. Our room was lovely.

The heating system wasnt working but they did bring heaters up to us. The bar area and other seating areas were quite cold too.

Staff very friendly and professional.

Initial room offered had no heated towel rail in the bathroom. I feel such things should be standard in a quality hotel. Moved to a new room with heated towel rail in the bathroom after we complained, which also was a much nicer room.
