Disappointing

expected what i have never expected

the place was clean

i did not like the way of welcoming the staff was rude with me he was completing my question before i ask so i dont ask he gave me the wrong room that i have booked he downgrade it i arrived all the way from sharjah with my kids instead of reaching to have rest and go the restuarnt that i have booked i have waited for one hour more my wife was exhausted i reservation have cancelled it was my anniversary my plan with my kids get messed up all beacuse of this staff this not the way of five star categorey hotel although the manager was very good and she tried here best to make us happy but as a hotel with five star like four season first impression that matters and it was bad tell me i come to hotel to have some rest instead i came to suffer !!!

Great location. Very clean, good quality and quiet room. Excellent gym.

Lack of options for children. On New Years Eve had nowhere to take my son for an early evening drink. We were refused entry to the outdoor pool and bar area for this despite the bar area being empty. We were advised to try Zsa zsa which was a smoky bar for over 21s. We eventually were allowed a quick drink at the pool bar but only after a heated and embarrassing discussion with the manager who told us he was under instructions from his management not to let anyone in who hadnt booked a table. This episode ruined what should have been a relaxing family celebration before going out for dinner and to watch fireworks as planned. Myself and my family were very disappointed by this whole episode, particularly as I had paid for one of the most expensive rooms with expectations of a certain level of service

Amazing Stay

The staff were very polite and helpful, excellent service. The bedroom was a great size, the bed was very comfortable. The brunch at Crust was exceptional, and the breakfast was delightful. The location was brilliant, walking distance to malls and lots of restaurants. I would highly recommend it and we will stay again!
