Very good

Overall, great stay! Just disappointing that our kids were excited for the pool and it wasnt working when we got there.

Very convenient to MVP arena. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The pool wasnt working and this was a big factor in us booking this hotel for our children.

The room was great, just needed a little bit more dresser space for my clothes. The staff was super supportive of my son, and let me check out later.

Breakfast could be better for the price. The pancakes werent very good.

Location has its pluses and minuses but we made the best of it!

A hidden gem of a feature for us who were hikers and runners was the Albany County Rail Trail. One had to work a bit to get to it but it was gorgeous as it went over the Norman Kills. Recommend it. Nice that the hotel had a gym and a pool. Room was nice in terms of size and beds.

Bathroom should have a fan. These supposedly cool wooden pull doors leave a lot to be desired in terms of privacy. My two teenage boys and I felt that this was not a good feature! We also had the misfortune of having a family with very young kids right over head. Non-stop running back and forth. I do not think that the hotel was so full during the Thanksgiving break, so why put a family with young kids where they will disturb others if they can avoid it.
