unfortunately, our overall experience was marred by several issues.

During our two-day stay, we encountered persistent problems in our room that significantly impacted our comfort. Firstly, the room lacked heating for the entire duration of our stay, and despite multiple complaints to the front staff, the issue remained unresolved. Similarly, we faced the inconvenience of having no hot water in our room, with promises from the staff of a technician's visit failing to materialize. We were informed that the technician forgot to attend to the matter, and despite assurances, the problem persisted.

Very disappointed

Very large spacious wouldve been nice if the pool was open but its winter

I didnt like that they overcharged us our daily rate which shouldve been about 45 for all three nights 7.502 people times three I was charged three times and they wont return the other two amounts even after lots of communication and no response from the hotel at all Booking.com started but they dropped the ball also

Exceptional

One of the best stay so far of my life. I will sure visit agian.

The pool was exceptional. Even now the pool was closed due to winter but the view of the pool from the room and espically the lighting was amaizing. Never seen such beautiful pool. Love the stay.

Okay stay - with more human kindness, it would be a great place

The room and cleanses were above expectations.

I stayed at the hotel because I attended a conference organised in their conference room. I am a bit disappointed with the service offered by the front of house staff - first of all, they were not as polite as they should be (eg., no one contacted me before the stay asking the time I was supposed to arrive/providing information; I emailed kindly asking if possible, to check me in earlier as I would have arrived a couple of hours earlier and the reply back was disappointing - not even trying to say we will try our best to accommodate the request (I know this is not always possible but there is no harm in providing a kind reply); secondly, they did not explain any of the structures in the hotel apart from where the breakfast room was.

Four-star compromises in Rome

Breakfast is good but not many options for longer stays

Keycard needed changing daily because it kept not letting me in my own room, staff just ignored the issue when I reported it the third time. Wifi is extremely outdated, prepare to have your mobile hotspot on. The hotel is frequently used as a convention center - elevators are constantly busy and the lobby is filled with attendees

Too bad.

Rome was quite hot, and the hotel simply turned off the air conditioner, that could not be turned on even in the rooms. When asking front-desk, answer was that it is off because it's October. When asked if it could be turned on, as it was too hot, and the answer was "is it?". Second attempt was "keep windows open". Sorry, this is not expected from a 4 star hotel. I will never return, and if you don't want to sweat all night, avoid this one.

Would never stay again, do not recommend this hotel

Nice big swimming pool

Staff were very rude. The restaurant was not open on our stay, we were not informed at time of booking or arrival and it was only when I asked to book a table that evening they informed me that it was closed for a corporate event. So had to go elsewhere. Lots of stains on our mattress, showed reception the photos of how bad it was and they just shrugged their shoulders.
