Very good

I would stay here again, but with hopes of updates to the rooms.

Very inviting, friendly staff. Love the evening cocktails and the breakfast in the morning is fantastic.

I wish theyd update the beds and the fixtures in the rooms. One of our double beds sloped so bad it would roll you onto the floor. Multiple lamp fixtures didnt work in our room. Living room furniture seemed very old and worn in.

Very good

The stay was below my expectations I had for Hilton.

The breakfast & cocktail hours were excellent.

The room was dated. I noticed the grout in the bathroom was stained. The bathroom toilet was a slow flush. The maid service did not remove towels or clean or visit room daily. Two people in a room for three days required more than two towels. The room should have been stocked with more towels.

Overall amazing with what we needed, but needs some improvements.-

Staff, food and facility for the most part was great!

Pool needs to be heated! Some updates are needed in the rooms! Like one matching color paint instead of 2 different ones mixed all in different spots! Fix some of the doors and door knobs! Some are broken and cheaply maintained! Replace the carpets.. they look nasty! Add a hot tub for adults.

Location was close enough to family. Breakfast was good but accommodations with coffee Keurig very disappointing after b

The breakfast fresh omelettes was the best part of the stay. Wide selection and good food.

We called day before to ask if room had Keurig. Yes. Wrong. Asked each day and all said yes we will get one in there. Asked every day/night and was told will get it done. Nope. Nothing better to wake up and have your own coffee you like.

Horrible- and will not ever go back to this location

Location was ok

Things in room didnt work and staff didnt listen and there was some fraud going on with credit cards you used to check in with - staff would use your cards for things to get money off your card even though your bill was paid in full even when you had been checked out a couple of weeks and that is just straight up fraud

Superb

Super, good value airport stay

Suite was great, staff were friendly and helpful and got a meal and excellent gin and tonic at the bar.

Had a great driver in the courtesy bus from the airport but didn't know I was supposed to call for collection from the airport. My phone wouldn't work in USA (I am from UK) but someone else called on my behalf.
