Refundable fees.

The people were friendly and the place was clean. Overall not a bad stay, and I would stay again if I needed to.

I was told a price when I booked that was supposed to be all taxes and fees and when I arrived at the hotel they charged me an extra $25 a day for a refundable "in case of damages fee". There was no warning on the website or in the reviews about this extra charge. I had not accounted that into my expenses for the trip and it was very inconvenient as it added up to $100. They should notify people during the booking process of this refundable fee. Or automatically apply it to the fees and final price before you show up at the hotel and get blindsided.

Overall, I would stay there again.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for. I like not having to travel far to get to the car. Also, the grounds of the property was really nice and had a great ambience.

The room has an odd spell that was off putting, I wish I had a candel or wall flower to mask the smell. After being in the room for a while, it disappeared until you leave out and come back. It possibly whatever cleaning supplies they use but it leaves a moist smell

The check in was convenient. The clerk was very nice. The room was great so was the location. Will definitely book again while visiting kansas. I have zero complaints
