Very good

Small and easy to access. Set up in room was kind of cool.

Bathrooms had hair on floor and in shower. Wish I would have gotten Queen beds. Bathroom is tiny.

The facility has a very nice staff. Very friendly people. The price was decent. The rooms were big, compared to other rooms, at other hotels that cost more and are smaller.

Our room wasn't ready when we got there. It still had a drying fan in the room. The bathroom sink drain leaked( I didn't use till next morning) Couldn't get any TV stations. (Luckily I had my own streaming device) The room was not clean. The comforter had ink stains on it. There were M&M's on the bed. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. We have stayed here before and was alot cleaner and nicer. Very, very disappointed. We will not be staying there again and suggest others to do the same.

Nice staff, but we'll stay elsewhere next time we visit KC.

The hostess at the front desk was very nice (I can't remember her name but she had a British or Australian accent). The location was perfect for visiting with our children. Free parking.

The first room we got was right next to the exit even though we had requested a quiet location. The toilet was backed up when we arrived and overflowed on first flush. Maintenance came up to unclog the toilet, but there was no one on duty (this is just 6:00pm) to mop up the toilet water. So they moved us to a new room (again, the front desk staff was the only good thing about this hotel). There was no bedding for the pullout sofa bed, so we had to call down for some. Room just seemed so rundown.

Very comfortable accommodations and helpful staff.

The room was clean and spacious, bed very comfy, our pup was welcomed, great access/shuttle service to the airport.

No complaints.

Staff. Nice welcome.

Air conditioner/heater too loud. Shower temp was Luke warm and would not keep a steady stream for more than 1 min. Not clean. No hot water for breakfast.

Disappointing

Crappy view out the window

Hotel is nice enough. Guy who checked us in needs to keep his comedy at amateur night and not at the desk. It was just annoying.

We had requested a certain type room with a certain view and the room we were given could not have been any worse unless we were sleeping outside in the cold. Absolutely ruined the plans we had for the evening.
