This Econo Lodge in Pigeon Forge is an older motel but well-maintained and clean. The location is convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance, and the view of the river is beautiful. (Read More) The price of the room was affordable and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist with a reservation issue. The reviewer plans to stay there again. However, one reviewer noted that the room was small and the water pressure was poor, and the refrigerator did not cool properly. Overall, there are plenty of nearby activities and dining options.

Not a bad place to stay. Midrange. Good breakfast.

Great hotel. The pool is great but always has the typical unsupervised children and dirty tourists.

Travel Delays Cost Time AND Money

The desk clerk who attempted to solve our problem was understanding and explained what she thought were our options. This review is NOT a reflection on the hotel.

We (self, husband son, dil, and 3 grands were traveling from NE GA to PF for a day/night to conclude a family Chrstmas gathering. We were on the way, making good time, when we came upon a road closure (441N). We learned that the detour would put us getting into PF in the mid-late afternoon, which did not allow enough time to visit the Wonder Works Museum. We called EL/PFR to cancel our reservation; learned we could cancel one room because it hadn't yet been charged. The other was charged and would only be cancelled if it was reserved by another guest that day. Lesson learned...book through the hotel in the future.

Very good

We enjoyed our stay & would stay again.

The bed & comforter were very comfortable. The kiddie pool was a plus for young kids.

The bathroom couldve been cleaned better. The room was a little snug but not too bad.

Food was great but not enough dinning area. Needed more tables. we had to take our food back to our room.

Awesome Hotel

My family has stayed at this location before and we'll likely stick with it as our go to. We visit Pigeon Forge around Christmas time and the fact it's next door to The Christmas Place makes it a no brainer. The pool area is nice, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff are friendly. The creek access behind the building is beautiful and there's a nice gas fire pit. Overall we love staying here.

I'm sure it's a fluke but one of the two beds felt a little wonky, like it was elevated at the foot and lower at the headboard. Not badly, but just enough to notice.
