Exceptional

Quiet, relaxing and very clean!

Everything was so clean and smelled fresh! The room was spacious and we enjoyed the fireplace and watching the ducks from our balcony. The location is perfect because it is off the main strip but close enough to see the sights. We fell in love with the sweet black cat that lives at the hotel. He was so friendly and we loved to be greeted by him when we returned after a long day. We will definitely be staying here for future trips.

The bed was hard. (This was not a deal breaker for us because everything else was so wonderful!)

We didn't want to leave,it was relaxing, we were comfortable and content.

The view and the sound of the river from our private patio was so peaceful. The fireplace was a welcome treat after a long chilly day sightseeing. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was served warm and plentiful. The staff were friendly and informative.

There aren't any negatives.

breakfast was horrible. eggs full of water and runny, biscuits were cold and hard, staff looked like they had just rolled out of bed and were ot friendly at all
