The Lodges of the Great Smoky Mountains by Capital Vacations received positive reviews for its great rooms, beautiful balconies, and helpful security. One guest mentioned a wasp/hornet problem on the (Read More) balcony that was not resolved. Another guest praised the cleanliness and amenities of the condo but mentioned noise from the top floor and issues with the wifi. Despite these minor issues, guests enjoyed the quiet location and plan to return. Some mentioned difficulty with steps and steep driveway. One guest had an issue with black stuff coming out of the hot tub. The resort staff, specifically Sara and Jordan, received praise for their outstanding customer service. The location was also praised for being close to nearby activities.

Perfect getaway spot!

The condo was very cozy and clean and in a great location!

At check in, we were directed to a someone who was a bit pushy about getting us signed up for a time share tour, even after we voiced that it wasnt something we were interested in.

The water would never get hot for a shower. We stayed on the bottom floor and the floors felt weak under your feet.

Beautiful facility, but probably wont stay again.

the location was awesome! the room itself was really nice!

we stayed in a bottom floor unit. we could hear every single move the people who stayed above us made all weekend long from the time they got up until they went to bed! what was supposed to be a rest and relaxation vacation turned into an aggravating one QUICKLY!

Having to clean the place when you pay a cleaning fee in the booking cost. Why charge a cleaning fee when they tell you to clean the place before you leave meaning dishes dispose of trash etc
