In general is acceptable , location is convenience

location is very only little walking distance from KL sental, a little high room rate but acceptable. no breakfast !!, room rate including breakfast would be perfect.

The staff was really kind & helpful with issues I had.

I stayed in two rooms. The first room was quite noisy, being close to the street level & metro station. The second room was on the top level & much quieter. However, in both rooms, I noticed stains on the sheets, blankets, pillows & towels. For these reasons, I couldnt give a higher a score for this stay.

Great Location, but Difficult to Actually Sleep.

The location of this hotel is excellent! You can walk to sights, take public transport, get to the airport - and theres a good mall right across the street with many eating choices. (And theres an escalator up to a bridge to cross to the mall.) The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are fine. Small, but a good value for the location.

The biggest problem in this hotel is the noise from other guests. The floors are tile, which already amplifies sound - but this hotel seems to attract tourists who have no consideration for other guests. I only slept about five/six hours each night because of people arriving late, yet screaming up and down the hall, slamming doors, etc, then people leaving at 5 or 6am doing the exact same thing. People with children allowed them to run up and down the halls, yelling and banging into room doors, until 11pm. Others actually brought their screaming child out into the hall late at night, disturbing everyone. And then housekeeping is outside your door by 7:30, cleaning rooms, but also playing music and talking loudly, so theres just no way to sleep. I realize the hotel cannot always control the behavior of their guests, but this was one of the most difficult stays Ive had anywhere in the world! Again, the rooms are fine and the location is excellent - but the main reason for a hotel room is sleep.

The Hotel staff are really the Gem of the hotel-Super location

Hotel staff (especialy Bilal was so helpful and super in effort to make the room) were notably friendly and helpful. Best/convenient location near KL Sentral and KL Sentral Metro. Elevator access to the station level from right in front of the hotel, making luggage transport easy if you catch train variety of cheap eateries and a 7-Eleven next door Nearby mall with food shops, ideal for grabbing a bite before traveling. Excellent supermarket on the malls lower level.

Poor sound insulation.

Ideal Hotel for Easy Access to KL Sentral Trains and Buses

Extremely convenient location near KL Sentral. Direct elevator access to the station level from public elevator opposite the entrance of the hotel, making luggage transport easy. Proximity to a variety of cheap eateries and a 7-Eleven. Nearby mall with food shops, ideal for grabbing a bite before traveling. Excellent supermarket on the malls lower level. Hotel staff were notably friendly and helpful.

Poor sound insulation, leading to disturbances from loud guests, especially after midnight. Suggest implementing enforced quiet hours from 10 pm. Rooms are windowless, which might be an issue for some guests

Superb

Great location, easy access to food, transport and shopping options

Location was excellent, very close to KL Sentral station making it very easy to travel around using the rail network. Food options were everywhere, and shopping plaza nearby as well.

Was a bit noisy, hence only 9 stars, but other than that, no issues. Would happily stay here again.
