The extra bedding was really uncomfortable. The rooms were too small to accommodate three adults as advertised. We were harrased to pay the bills as we were getting late for the flight. Please do not go there.

Hotel staff didn't bother for your problem. They didn't even respond your call sometimes. I want to mention an instance happened in the hotel. I have forgot by charger at home and I desperately need a charger for my mobile. I requested the check-in counter (reception)staff, housekeeping staff as well as restaurant staff to provide atleast for one hour, no one even turn up to solve my problem. They clearly said we dont provide chargers sorry. I had to spent 12 hrs without my mobile. If they want they could solve my problem very rude staff. People dont require greetings they require help. Remember it.

Very bad experience - stay away. You pay for the name and receive 2 stars service

Hotel is positioned close to the mane city atrractions

The hotel is old and not tidy. The carpets on the hotel corridors are dirty. The towels in the room looks like they are 20 years old. The hotel does not look like pictures in booking. In my room no sigle power socket was working. The kettle was not working. When asked to change the kettle they brought the one that was damaged (but working). I had to charge my phone with the extention line next to my bed, after two visits of electritian. Breakfast was chaos. Food was good but service absolutely did not manage guests. I was waiting for coffee for 15 minutes after asking twice. The floor was littered, the staff dis not manage to clean tables in time. Hilton should blush in shame for having its name on this venue. You oay for thw Hilton name and then everything is dissapointment.

Superb

Excellent hotel for visiting Taj Mahal!

The staff is doing a great work going extra mile for their guests. The dinner buffet was too spicy and the chef was kind enough to cook us a non spicy option.

Some rennovatiom of the rooms will be needed in the near future.
