We got a free cake for our honeymoon! Nice decoration and very comfy room. The room is clean, good facilities and friendly staff! The breakfast is super nice!!! Nice stay!

It would be better if got provide comb. Everything was nice!

Was a great resort for a family stay!

Loved the common areaspools, restaurants and beach club. Also was great location with water views and an easy walk into town.

Room decor was a little outdated. They were spacious, beds were very comfortable and staff was amazing.

Great stay in a recommended hotel!

This is a lovely hotel with good amenities, beautiful views and most curteous and helpful staff. We had the Christmas dinner and really enjoyed this! Special thanks to the food and beverage manager at the main restaurant for taking care of me with my food allergies! We also enjoyed our treatments at the spa.

The bed in our room was well-used and in clear need of replacement. The mattress lost its firmness and the bed frame made a huge noise when moving around on the bed.

We love Diamond Cliff

We had a great room with a super sea view. The resort is well planned. We loved the Waterfall Pool Bar. It's crazy they have a supertube into the bar pool. All very tastefully designed. The resort is close to the hussle of Phuket, but it's a stunning tranquil paradise. We love Diamond Cliff, such a special place.

Our overall experience was pleasant, with the resort offering a tranquil retreat despite its proximity to the bustling Patong area. The location of Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa, while not directly on the beach, is still convenient. Situated on the other side of a busy street from Patong Beach, it took us approximately 20 minutes to walk to the lively city center. While the location is not as central as some other options, the distance provided a welcome respite from the bustling crowds, allowing for a quieter atmosphere within the hotel premises. The hotel itself exuded a peaceful ambiance. The well-designed layout and landscaping created a serene environment that felt like a true escape. Our room was impressively spacious and efficiently organized, providing a comfortable retreat for our family. The quiet surroundings within the hotel allowed us to relax and recharge after our daily explorations. The staff at Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa were consistently friendly and attentive. From check-in to dining experiences, their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offerings at the resort were a highlight of our mornings. The diverse selection of dishes catered to various tastes, and the quality of the food was commendable. It provided a delightful start to our days of exploration in Phuket. The pools at the resort were a great feature. Well-maintained and surrounded by lush greenery, they provided a refreshing escape. Great place, great food, great rooms and great view.

Great property at very convenient location on Patong beach. We booked sea view suite rooms are they were wonderful with great sea view. Breakfast buffet was good and so was everything else. Had a great time.

Everything was great. Only improvement suggestion I would say is find a way to have external food delivery done to the rooms so guests don't have to come to lobby to pickup food.

Loved our stay

This is the second resort we stayed at during our stay in phuket. The place is really nice and fancy. We stayed for 3 nights. Staff was friendly. The rooms are up on a very steep hill but there is a shuttle running up and down pretty much all day. Our room was very nice. Very spacious, bed was comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool. The buffet breakfast is really good. Resort has 2 pools. We spent a whole day at 1 and ordered cocktails from our table. We had a very busy trip so it was really nice to chill our for a whole day in and out of the big pool. You can walk to patong beach its less than 5 mins. maybe 10 min walk to Bangla road. Overall loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here
