The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The room was too small and felt dated. The TV wasn't working and asked reception they said they would fix it, nobody did

Nice relaxing break with good food.

Breakfast was delicious good selection. Leisure suite was amazing and no charge. Rooms was spacious and clean.

Paying 8 for parking. Thought this would of been free considering its the hotels carpark & we had paid for our room.

Dinner wasnt organised. The spa area wasnt good. We booked the room with baths robe, didnt have any, even we asked for but still didnt get them .

We needed accommodation and found something very reasonable.

It was generally fine

We stayed two nights but the room was untouched by staff in between. We needed to ask for more teabags and milk for the breakfast tea.. It did arrive, but quite late. at night. I was disappointed not to find at least one gluten-free cereal despite specifying at the time of booking that I am a coeliac. Neither of these is a big thing, but nor are they difficult to attend to. The bedding was rather light for a winter night, but when we asked for more, it appeared.

Nice hotel, let down by a few easily fixed problems.

My partner and I loved the gym and leisure side of the property, the pool is well kept and this was the highlight of the trip. The breakfast was good quality, and good value for money.

The sheets in our bed had a dark stain on them, unsure of what this was. The room is not an ambient temperature and tends to run on the cold side, prompting my partner to have to use the extra portable radiator in the closet. The toilet was very loud when filling back up after a flush, unable to use it overnight without waking eachother up. No duvet on the bed. Kind of a joint point with the coldness of the room, the bed did not have a duvet, only a thin sheet and this was not very comfortable.
