Friendly staff, help full. Very easy for tram/train ect

Food was poor, room had someone elses socks in it and toe nails over the carpet. Been attending there for 5 years and this time is has gone down hill sadly, food expencive but not good quality, food was also just warm, nothing hot

Disappointing

The beds where comfortable, and it was quiet to get a good night's sleep, breakfast was good, the new children's play zone is a good touch but could be doing with other things in it, and strongly made clear adults must accompany the children as my kids where getting hit with the beanbags and no adults where in sight for the other kids.

We come mainly for the swimming pool we choose this hotel, far too much chlorine in the water my kids where const chocking and coughing we had to leave the pool we couldn't see it was stinging out eyes and we wernt even in the water at this point Girl - co ordinating the breakfast que was really rude... not a ppl person, wasn't nice to approach and was const stomping about the place never a smile on her face the full time we were there.

Disappointing

Disappointing stay....

The staff on arrival was lovely. Welcoming and gave us lovely shortbread. The location is great, right next to the tram stop.

We have stayed here before and can't remember it being like this. The pool had too much chlorine and the changing room wasn't clean and there was no toilet roll in the toilet. The room was tiny although it was meant to be a family room. The beds were so uncomfortable we didn't stay for the 2nd night. I did tell the girl on the desk when we left but she didn't say anything. We did see other positive reviews so we didn't expect this.
