The hotel has worsened since spring. A bit disappointed

Comfortable beds, could regulate the temperature in the rooms, nice warm swimming pool with clean changing rooms. Staff are professional

Shampoo / body wash was diluted with water, couldnt use it at all, for such a hotel it is a disgrace. Still no toilet brushes (just WHY??) Surprisingly no black pudding at breakfast, and breakfast in general was a bit disappointing, coffee and porridge were not tasty, fresh fruit selection very poor, eggs rubbery.

Great Post Xmas break.

Great venue, close to the city but far enough away for a quiet and relaxing break. The staff were lovely and the rooms and hotel itself was very clean.. The hotel was very busy on both nights but the staff were very attentive throughout. The hotel was decorated for the festivities and looked absolutely stunning.

The only downside was the pillows. The hotel was fully booked and there were no extra pillows and ours were very flat and uncomfortable. The staff were very apologetic and it didn't take away from our few days away.

Asked for more pillows as only 2 for queen bed and they didn't have any, woke up with sore neck, inside of kettle was dirty

Really nice and relaxing hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is little outside city center but we knew that traveling. Ideal hotel for a relaxing few days

The surrounding and overall ambiance

We were staying in Junior Suite where the bathroom was described as a marble bathroom and walk in shower, in the reality is was outdated acrylic bath and shower We booked a table in the signature restaurant that promised a fine dining, but food was good for nothing and we paid 300 that is too much for such poor dining experience Breakfast menu (buffet) is poor and not tasty. If you come 30 min before closing - almost no food left
