Excellent stay will stay again

The location was terrific. Just a couple of minutes walk to the aquarium and the Pyrmont Bridge. The room was so comfy. It was a bit too cold for the pool, but we checked it out. It was beautiful and the view was really fantastic. It was our second short stay in Sydney. I plan to book here when we visit again.

Finding the entrance took a little work, primarily due to where our taxi dropped us off.

We will be back!

Excellent location, easy access to the harbour, shopping and public transport. Comfortable bed and good sized room and bathroom. Buffet breakfast was good, also. The hotel left a Christmas stocking on our door on Christmas day, which was very much appreciated. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Sydney.

Very average.

Nothing really stood out.

Terrible views, bar shut at 10:30pm as people were arriving for drinks so we went to another hotel to have drinks with our friends that we came in to meet. The muffin I purchased from the coffee shop was frozen in the middle. Reception asked if I wanted a paper receipt or an email receipt and I said email would be fine but as of now I havent received a receipt.

The reception and staff are excellent. Carlos, Jason and the manager (I forgot his name) are one of the bestand we travel and book accommodations a lot.
