Breakfast was good. Staff were exceptional! Super friendly and accommodating. Size of room was good.

The first room we were in was not clean. There were stains all over the comforter and there were 4 beetles in the room. Second room was better but still had some stains on comforter. Disappointed about not having a pool when the third party website shows photos of a pool which is their fault. Breakfast was good as it was complimentary for us. However would not pay those prices for that food.

Close to stadium, clean, comfortable, & quiet room

Clean, nice appearance of rooms, temperature, t.v., quiet floor and ease of checking in and out.

the cost of snacks is outrageous, but if I hadn't just had to walk the 1.4 miles from Paycor Stadium because the bus never came for pickup, I wouldn't have made the purchase.

Great location for ballgame

Great location! Had a nice afternoon in the cool downtown Covington area and then had a easy ride to the game. We walked back to enjoy the nice evening.

The A/C in the room didnt work great and leaked water on carpet.

It got the job done.

parking garage was nice.

My opinion it was way overpriced at nearly $500 for 2 nights. Needs some updating. Carpets and showers were dirty. At that price I think you should provide some breakfast and not an overpriced bistro that no one uses.
