One guest had to switch rooms due to a strange beeping, but the front desk was helpful. The pool looked unclean, and there was no hot tub as advertised. Another guest praised the customer service of (Read More)Chris and Junior, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, another guest found their room unclean with medication and crumbs on the floor, along with problems with the TV remote. The hotel is good with clean rooms, but does not offer free breakfast as advertised. The front desk staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

There were pubic hairs on the pillow. It was very offputting and too late to request new sheets.

Good

It was for one day and was fine. I wouldnt want to do an extended stay at this property.

Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Bar was disappointing. They ran out of wine that was on the menu. The selection was poor. The beer brands that were listed were not available.

The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good shampoo and conditioner.

The covers on the bed were too light. I would like a thicker comforter. I also could hear the TV from the rooms above and below. It would be great to have better sound proofing and better doors so that they slam less. For the price and in looking at nearby other hotels, having breakfast included seems reasonable.

Nice.

I like the style of the hotel. Linens are superb. Wonderful bed and bathroom. It's nice that an endless supply of toiletries are provided in the shower.

What I didn't like was at 10:30 PM there was a constant bang of doors, the way it sounds when the safety hinge is being used to prop the door open. We thought there was a large group of late arrivals trying to get into their rooms. After 25 minutes of this, my husband opened the door to find a housekeeping cart and a man not in a uniform standing there. My husband asked if he could stop banging the door, and he answered, what do you expect me to do? I'm cleaning rooms. At almost 11 PM at night? The front desk said they would send someone up, but also didn't respond when I asked if this was a normal activity to be cleaning rooms this late. It was very weird. In addition, there was a very young child and a poodle with this man. No, we were not drunk. I would still stay here again, because Marriott is a great product.

Your front desk employees were friendly, helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Breakfast was not provided unless you wanted to pay for it at the Starbucks. When I went to the counter to get a coffee I asked if it was included in room rate and was told no. I declined to order and went to Dunkin' Donuts instead because they have better coffee.

It would have been nice to have a free continental breakfast.

Great stay!

The hotel was in a great location from U Albany.

I booked a suite for 3 people. The room only had bed sheets and towels for 2. Also there seems to be only one person working at a time so there is always a line at the front desk.

The location close to the highway. The parking was very close.

The Bistro restaurant seemed understaffed. The few people that worked there were friendly but often there was nobody readily available to take my order.
