spacious rooms, close to ramen shops and supermarket

quiet environment, just about 10 minutes walk from train station

I use to sleep on hard mattress, but the mattress provided is really soft. It would be great if knives and forks are provided.

My favorite apartment hotel in Tokyo, in a great Nakano neighborhood.

We had an apartment that included a washing machine and a full bath. We made use of the full fridge and had breakfast comfortably on the dining table every day. Comforter was very comfortable. Lots of natural light in the room. Nice big bath. This is close to what my ideal apartment in Tokyo would be like.

Towels were a bit flimsy. I wish the toilet had a bidet (or it wasnt working). Bed was not the highest quality in my opinion, very soft. But I slept well.

Really wonderful - I would absolutely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay - it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was nice having the option to do a bit of cooking in the room. The closet space off the main area was so helpful for storing laundry. Many things were provided, including cooking oil, salt and pepper, laundry soap, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner.

I would have liked a mirror in the closet or living space to do makeup. The sink surface area was so small.

Very good

Six night stay at Court Residence

The rooms were clean, well equipped, and spacious. Unlike some other suites I rented in the past, these suites aren't stuffy, and the air conditioning is quiet and doesn't wake you up whenever it's cycles.

The two low steps at the check-in desk are somewhat of a tripping hazard. It would be a good idea to paint the front edges yellow. Otherwise, I can't think of anything worth mentioning.

Nakano is a fun neighbourhood to explore but this place was quiet to stay at night and felt homely.

Spacious for Tokyo, clean and interesting neighbourhood to explore

The check in was a bit tedious, but necessary so its ok. Our balcony was a bit small, could use a chair to sit on. Also air drying clothes hanger would be good to include!
