This Country Inn & Suites in Richmond offers reasonably-priced rooms that are clean and spacious. Guests enjoyed the good breakfast and found the front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. However, (Read More) one reviewer mentioned that the washer and dryer could use an update. Overall, guests appreciated the amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in the room, as well as the free breakfast. Many highly recommended this hotel and planned to stay again in the future.

The room was freezing even with the heat and they didnt have any extra blankets. The breakfast was terrible.

The furniture was outdated and the carpet was old. The air filter vent in the bedroom was covered with dust.

Parking, beds were soft.
Keys didnt work often. Bananas were so bruised n old, eggs were not good and the sausage , English muffin was so bad.
