Exceptional

We got "welcome package", handbag for bathing staff, chocolat and so. Loved it. Transport cars are funny. Beautiful place. Good food. Well organized hotel programs.

Only the ants. There were so many. Also in the bad. Although we requested deep cleanup even 2 times, no change. Reason maybe we were on the ground floor.

We arrived at the accommodation with an early arrival, nevertheless we were welcomed with breakfast and a great drink, the accommodation is impressive and equipped with everything. At the exit, the porter is incredibly nice, his name is Tembi from Cameroon. The face of the hotel. The meal was something sensational. The twenty-fourth Christmas menu was the biggest and most serious meal of our lives.

The overall feeling was 50/50 compared to other 5* hotels. Mimozas wasn't standard and we ended up fighting for it. The one Boathouse was out of action and the North Beach very open to Public solicitations. We ended using Sea Quist as boat operator but was so disappointed that we demanded a refund. Very unprofessional and did not take any safety into consideration and poached from the ocean.

Superb

Beautiful resort with excellent service

This being our second stay at the resort speaks volumes about how much we enjoy it. The resort is incredibly spacious, providing numerous restaurants, beaches, pools, and a giant complimentary spa. Our room was of excellent quality, featuring a very large balcony and a luxurious bathroom. It was also cleaned regularly (at least twice a day!)

Nothing to add here - we love the resort and are excited to come back!

Really amazing hotel for the family and kids. Catered for everything that's needed in a quality vacation. Really kid friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The highlight of the trip for us was our host, "Sanath" who made our stay exceptional. From the time we checked in to the time we left, he took care of everything and was so attentive to small details which really made our stay comfortable.

Our stay was great. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Many kinds of food to choose from. Everyday you have an hour of free water sports on the beach which is great. The staff is very helpful and they give you great recommendations of the island. They even lend us their bus card to go to Victoria as it is much cheaper than to take a taxis. Overall a great experience!!! We loved spending our honeymoon here!

Wifi unstable at times. No family bathrooms for changing babies. Only available in ladies bathroom. Lighting in villas could be better.

A place worth visiting!

Overall, there are few thing lacking at Ephelia with a gorgeous beach, good food and friendly staff.

Upon our departure the staff in charge of making the taxi reservation and collecting our luggage was very unorganized and not very helpful, resulting in a bit of a stressful situation. This type of situation should never occur at a 5-star hotel.
