I had a problem with my stay and applied for a partial refund with both the hotel and booking.com and have heard nothing. I was not provided a room I requested and my luggage was misplaced. Still awaiting a response from the hotel. Very disappointed. Charles ODaniel [email protected] 408-828-6884

Enjoyed our stay -just time to do some maintenance and upkeep
Easy access friendly staff good breakfast
Ive been staying here since it opened. The landscaping is in dire need of help. The side door security locked hasnt worked in three years. The hallway is in need of new wallpaper or paint.
