The Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Amarillo Central provides an exceptional hotel experience, with extremely clean and spacious rooms that have great heat and water pressure in the shower. The co (Read More)mplimentary breakfast is one of the best, offering a variety of options including eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffle bar, cereal, and baked goods. The hotel is modern and cute, with friendly staff. Although the surrounding area is a bit sketchy, it did not cause any issues. Noise from neighbors and the highway was minimal. Overall, a great stay.

Disappointing

Arrived late due to car trouble. Had to wait almost an hour for my room. Even though I called ahead and them was given a room that someone else occupied.

Good value overall. Area is pretty crappy, but facility was nice overall.

Good place to stay but management need to stay on top of the small things.

Bottom sheet on the bed was not strapped down with the elastic corners. We had to pull the bed out and remake it. This is not what you want to do after being on the Highway go hours. The breakfast looked great but we didnt get to eat. No place to sit and so many people we would have had to fight our way to the food and stand to eat it.

The management and staff at the hotel were amazing as were the breakfast options.

First off, the person who checked us in was very nice and even provided us with First-Aid supplies (I had gotten hurt and needed them). The rooms and layout of the hotel was very nice and clean and was also very modern. Breakfast consisted of waffles, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, a variety of breads, bacon and of course eggs (boiled and scrambled). There was also parfaits, juices, and chocolate milk. Later after we left, we realized that we forgot something at the hotel and after we gave the hotel a call, Ruby was quick to help. She was overly obliging and tried to help me. Ruby talked things out with her manager and was able to provide me with aid. I appreciate her efforts and kindness and her generosity. My visit at this Inn was wonderful and through this experience, my stay has been made complete.
