Very nice location, on my opinion a very safe area, the breakfast was so good, very orientated to healthy meals. everything was super clean and staff so friendly. they also give us a welcome bag.

The bed was very comfortable and that is saying a lot because I have joint issues. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. No issue with making room temperature comfortable. We all enjoyed the salt water pool but wish the water features had not been turned off (we were told that Amarillo was requiring a new annual $1000 permit for the waterfall and fountain streams; we missed them). The pool temperature was better than most hotel pools. Looked very clean.

Breakfast was not as good as expected. For example, the toppings for the oatmeal were great but the oatmeal was runny. Our granddaughter was excited about having a waffle but then did not like it. The next day she opted for a chocolate muffin. It tasted bitter and was soggy. Headboards need to be replaced. We had to change rooms because the refrigerator did not work in the first room. The room we selected online was not cleaned on time so no digital key and we had to go a floor lower.

The hotel was in a good location to where we needed to be. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The size of the rooms.

The pocket doors that goes to the bathroom would not stay closed.

The Hotel was nice and clean, but in need of a renovation.

The spacious rooms, and the walk-in shower.

The pocket doors to the bathroom wasnt working properly. We didnt know that we had to request that our room be cleaned daily.

Place is getting that "run down" look. Headboards in the last 3 stays had been taped up as the vinyl has torn. Refrigerator smelled. In general the place needs more maintenance and upkeep.
