Superb

restful stay as I traveled down I-40 to Albuquerque

easy to get to and more affordable although I did find a quality inn on Coulter near hospital on west side of town for return trip that was $36/night so stayed there on return trip. maybe next trip you can match their price?

Excellent room and customer service.

The staff was excellent. The woman on duty helped my mom and grandmother with their luggage and much more. Would definitely stay again.

Good location and price. Decent room.

Comfortable bed.

Shower hose had a leak near the nozzle. Carpet was worn. Dust on the hair dryer and other places in the bathroom. Not white glove clean, but not what I would consider dirty either. Not as nice as the Microtel I stay at in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Great location and a good value with a few drawbacks

The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean, if a bit cramped. There was a noisy heat/cooling system, but the bathroom was clean and updated. Breakfast was okay - they weren't restocking with any regularity and the juice machine was out for a bit. The breakfast area is in a corner of the main lobby and only two people could be in there at any given time. It was a comfortable bed and a good value.

They need to expand the breakfast area somehow.

Disappointing

An okay stay for travelers without kids

Its in a decent location and the beds gave us good rest.

It felt very unclean. Weve been traveling for about a week now and have had many stays in different hotels and it felt very dirty here. The carpets were crunchy in some spots and stains as well. The sheets had yellowing stains and honestly the beds didnt feel clean. If you are a family traveling with little ones I dont think this is a good location, walls are thin so I didnt feel comfortable with my fussy twins. I could hear one of my twins cry from the bottom floor (we were on the top). I imagine my neighbors werent pleased with that. For breakfast you cant bring your food to your room. I wasnt about to bring my one year old twins down to disturb everyones peace. This is the first hotel Ive ran into with that rule. This hotel also allows smoking so the halls smelt bad of smoke, so keep that in mind. Also theres different photos of the pool here on different websites, there is no spa.
