Exceptional

The size of this room is perfect for a small family. Our kids had their own bedroom and we had plenty of space to stretch out after a day in the crowds of NYC at NYE. Highly recommend this hotel (specifically the king suite with sofa bed) for a family of 3-4.

Nice hotel but disappointing experience due to rooms trouble

* Location * Complimentary coffee and drinks * Room (if you get a decent one)

At first, I was given a noisy & dark room, right next to the elevator, even though I explicitly asked for a quiet room. After quite a bit of complaining and two hours wait, they agreed to move me to another room the next day. The cleaners and reception desk somehow messed things up though, which led to another 2 hours waiting around on the following day. Once I got the new room, it all went well. But in general the experience was not positive, I wasted a lot of time in the lobby trying to get what I paid for. This was my third stay at the hotel and honestly it felt rather disappointing. Previous times it's been a lot smoother.

Great place to stay for a great price

Nice big rooms and really comfortable beds. There is coffee in the room but also at the reception and water. Location is great as it is calm at night and tou are close to different subway lines. I also liked that they dont clean every day but only every third day but you can request whenever needed. Its a great hotel for that price
