Very poor

Disappointing

Location is ideal and the hotel was done up beautifully for Christmas

We had to move room twice as noise in first room and broken radiator which made a loud banging noise in the second room - Staff were very much on the defensive and argued with customers with the exception of one very helpful girl called Jennifer.

A great place to stay in the heart of Boston

I stayed here with a friend over New Year's weekend for another friend's wedding. The location was great, so centrally located and near to all the places I wanted to visit. The room was very clean and comfortable and a good size especially for two people. Plus, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I would love to stay here again.

A hotel that has excellent location but just OK accomodations.

Location was excellent for our visit.

I cant say any one thing was subpar. My overall view is that the room was dated and sparse. It was listed as a Superior Queen Room. There was nothing about the room that was superior. There was no bed covering just plain white sheets and white blanket. Todays standard for pillows on beds is 2 per side, this bed had two pillows plus a third in the middle which is awkward. The bar served us white wine we ordered but it was served at room temperature.

Perfect location for exploring Boston.

Excellent location, steps from the metro and the Commons, yet far enough from the historic district to be quiet. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Our rooms were serviced daily. Nice bar area to congregate at in the evening.

We tried to have a drink at MJ OConnors, but were told we could only do that if we sat at the bar, but there was no room. We were told we could try the back bar but no one paid any attention to us there. We did not feel welcomed at all so went a few blocks down where we found a friendly welcoming place.
