Perfect accommodation to enjoy the harbour views in Boston, and exceptional customer service.

We had a surprise room upgrade which was a lovely gesture, and the harbour view from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a detailed introduction to the room from the concierge Dennis, who was very helpful. Our guest experience was exceptional throughout, thanks to some thoughtful touches such as a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries sent up for us. Rodney on reception and Rafael at breakfast were especially helpful and friendly.

The perfect experience our family wanted.

We had an unfortunate situation with our daughter suffering an asthmatic situation in the middle of the night to which we had to go to hospital, the hotel assisted fantastically and moved us to a room more suited to allergy friendly conditions. The staff were all extremely accommodating and made the circumstance that much easier to handle.

Excellent customer service, beautiful room with a fabulous view of the harbor, and great location!

Excellent customer service! The room was beautiful and very clean and the harbor view was amazing. I can't say enough good things about the Boston Harbor Hotel. We will definitely visit again.

The Boston Harbor Hotel is an 11/10!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The room was patently luxurious. Views of the harbor and airport were stunning.
