The H�tel Mayflower Opera is praised for its nice rooms with French balconies and great location near the metro. The staff is friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help guests. The hot (Read More)el is well-equipped and clean, with comfortable beds. Some minor downsides include confusion over the hotel's name and the lack of privacy in certain rooms. Overall, guests had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Comfortable and welcoming short stay.

We were with our dog, and the staff really went out of their way to accommodate us, ensuring we had a room on the ground floor and advising us were we could walk the dog. It removed a lot of stress from traveling with our dog. The staff could not have been more helpful or welcoming.

It was quite and good.

It is clean and location is very good. Some good restaurants are around.

Rooms are small, quite normal for Paris though.

Just about comfy for a short stay

hotel's location on a quiet street; friendly & helpful staff; near several restaurants; breakfast choices although limited but decent & tasteful; about 300m to Roma train station; bathroom rain shower

old & worn-out bath towels that are overdue for replacement; water leakage underneath the bathroom basin - requested it to be fixed but hotel did nothing - the front staff came up to look at it only to decide for himself that it's not a big deal even though the leakage hits the towels underneath; toilet paper holder is about to fall off
