Great location with nice views and friendly staff.
I liked the location only 10 minutes away from family. Breakfast was good. The staff at check in upgraded our room with a shower instead of a tub because the last Holiday Inn we stayed at in Virginia the night before had a tub/shower combo that was not flat and we both almost fell because it was slippery and bowed at the bottom very narrow.
The heat was very dry so we had to keep the temperature down to be comfortable. Also the TV would quit randomly while watching at night. The shower could use a bar to grab because the floor was slippery so you had to be careful. We are both 70 so a bar to grab inside would have been helpful because grabbing the door handle only made the door open so no stability.

I encountered Very, very poor management with follow through and unbendable corporate policies.
Breakfast was typical continental food.
I was originally booked for 2 nights with a wedding group. The request for the rooms was never confirmed and then there was no rooms available for a 2 night stay when I double checked. Another wedding booked the rooms. I was forced to stay at the Hilton for Friday night. When I tried to check in 1 hour early on Saturday, I was told the room was ready but would have to pay 65.00 early check in fee. When I explained that I was the mother of the bride and I had to get ready, I was told it was corporate policy. This is awful customer service. I would like my 65.00 reimbursed with all the aggravation that I incurred.

My stay at Best Western was good enough to meet my basic needs for staying at a hotel.
Breakfast was good, satisfied what it needed to (had pancakes, potatoes, sausages, a variety of cereals, etc. Check-in was relatively painless, room was clean enough for the one night.
The parking lot was filled and I needed to park my car across the street at a different business center. Just because of the location, I was worried my car would be broken into.

The bed was not super comfortable. There was an undergarment from a previous guest that was left in the room, behind the curtain.
