Our family spent 3 nights in Bangkok making memories to last a lifetime.

Everything! The property is located right next to an elevated train path making it easy to get almost anywhere. The staff were incredibly accommodating! The rooms were very clean, cool, and the bathroom with the bathtub in the shower with an incredible view was amazing! The rooftop restaurant and bar overlooking the entire city of Bangkok was breathtaking! The food was absolutely incredible. They exceeded our expectations on every level. We road the elevator with the head chef for the entire hotel and he was very pleasant and approachable. We dined in various restaurants on property and spotted him several times overseeing everything in each different venue. Its no wonder the food was so amazing with his hands on approach and personal touches showing through in the incredible cuisine.

Room was very good

Lobby full of Randomers off the street looking for an over hyped roof top bar . Lifts full of none guests heading to the roof top bar . Maybe have a separate list for the Instagram begs who go up there just to take a picture . Zero exclusivity to guests .

Outstanding hotel, staff and location

Beautiful hotel and room. We stayed in a lovely room with a huge bath looking over the city. Everything was exceptional - we also ordered room service which was a wide range of main meals and all were delightful. We were able to also easily get a sunbed around the pool and a seat at the rooftop bar even during busier periods!
