Very good

Lovely breakfast, traditional Indian, fresh fruits, served in a spacious dining room with view of the canal.

Communication about the location. Its a beautiful resort but we were not aware that it was so far from the local town facilities & required a canal crossing to get there. Although this added to the charm, so for warning would be appreciated. Also, as western travellers enjoy a beer, it would be good to know where to purchase before arriving or have a small stock available to purchase. Alsoproviding filtered drink water & new toilet paper each day

We loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of. The staff are excellent, and very attentive to our needs. Shoutout to Sabitha, Laksman, Sandeep and Mr. Joy for making our stay unforgettable. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained, and you really feel like you're in your own backwater oasis. The staff gave excellent suggestions for activities and arranged them as well. The food was delicious and the staff did everything they could to accommodate our dietary needs. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back again soon! 5 out of 5!

Great stay

Vibe was really good. It's location is superb. They have their own boat which picks you up from road, as the hotel is only accessible through water. Lakshman is very friendly and explain things well and made us feel very comfortable. It might feel a little empty at times which might be good for some. :-)

Cost is little bit high, breakfast option is less specially for vegetarian people, though this is like on island so kind of ok.

Very good

Location, staff and ambience are the strengths of this hotel. Food is also okay. They arrange shikara ride for the boarders on request. The shikara ride costs around Rs. 1250/h for short duration (e.g. 2 hours). Overall, this property is a great option for a short stay in the great backwaters of Alleppey.

Room was small especially for a family . Bed was not that comfortable.

Besides being in a beautiful location on the backwaters, The one thing that was exceptional was the personnel, and especially Sabitha. We cannot thank her enough for her help on this trip. Would come back!

Amazing place. Clean. Comfortable. People are very nice. Well prepared. Sabitha and the staff are very kind and professional. They helped in any way. Sleeping quality very high. They can organize tours and transfers. It is the perfect place for those who want visit the place without any inconvenience.

The location was lovely, next to boats passing by. And it was great having the pool to enjoy some off time. Sabitha the receptionist was the saving grace of our stay there. We also really enjoyed taking the small boat to cross the canal whenever we wanted to go to the city.

We specifically ordered two beds and ended up with a bed and a bed sofa. The bed sofa was unworthy of a boutique resort, uncomfortable and full of dust. Other rooms had two single beds and that could have been distributed better. Outside furniture was pretty dirty, also no cushions on the pool lounge chairs. Least but not last, the employee in charge of the food service needs to wake up and stop dragging his feet. Please assign responsibilities better, clean your outdoor furniture and organise your staff better. They need to communicate.
