- For the Kerala package, a 30% advance payment is required to confirm the tour. The balance payment must be cleared prior to arrival or on the day of arrival by cash. Only cash payments are accepted on the day of arrival; cheques, NEFT, demand drafts, and other electronic payments are not accepted. If you need to make payments through such methods, please ensure the amounts are credited to our account before arrival.
- Please be aware that Aswamedham Holidays will assume responsibility for payments made towards package amounts, including advances and balances, only if they are deposited into the official Aswamedham Holidays company account. We cannot accept liability for funds transferred to any other account.
- The standard check-in time for hotels is 14:00 hrs and the check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
- The package quoted includes basic non-air-conditioned rooms in all hotels (except where otherwise mentioned) in hill stations such as Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Coorg, Wayanad, Kashmir, Himachal, etc.
- Breakfast is provided complimentary with the rooms and can be availed after 7:45 AM. A reduction in room rent will not be entertained in the case of early checkout.
- The above rates are applicable only for the specified dates.
- Gala dinners on the nights of December 24th and 31st at respective hotels are compulsory and will be charged directly if not booked through us.
- Entry tickets for parks, wildlife sanctuaries, rides, cultural activities, and personal activities are not included in the package and must be obtained by the guest at the time of entry.
- Periyar Wildlife boating tickets may be hard to obtain at the venue. To avoid a long wait, tickets can be booked online by clicking the following link: Periyar Foundation. Periyar boating tickets booked through us will not be refunded, even if packages are canceled for any emergency reason.
- Please carry a printout of the Periyar boating tickets booked through us. It is mandatory to report at least 45 minutes prior to the ride. The company is not responsible for failing to catch the boat due to late reporting.
- Please wear comfortable shoes, warm clothes for hill stations, and swimsuits to use the swimming pools at all hotels. Hotels will not allow swimming pool usage without proper attire.
- All museums are closed on Mondays.
- Eravikulam National Park in Munnar will be closed during the months of February and March every year.
- Cochin's Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue will be closed on Fridays and Saturdays, respectively.
- The Jewish Synagogue is also closed on all Jewish holidays.
- All sightseeing is subject to weather and political conditions at the destination.
- If you intend to take a nature bath at Athirappally, do so at your own risk. Please exercise extreme caution, as rocks can be slippery and the current may be strong depending on the weather.
- The driver and vehicle are at your disposal; however, the driver will be available between 8 AM and 7 PM, except by special request.
- 7-seat Innova and Tavera vehicles are not widely available in Kerala. Most Innova and Tavera vehicles will have 6 seats unless 7 seats are requested in advance. The rate for a 7-seat Innova will also be higher than that of a 6-seat Innova.
- The company is not responsible for missing sightseeing destinations due to political strikes or roadblocks.
- The company is not responsible for monuments, parks, rides, etc., being closed without prior notice.
- The company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional costs incurred by guests while taking the tour.
- The company is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.
- All disputes are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction only.
- Any claims related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within a week.
