Disappointing

The staff didn't give us any room keys and just alloted us the room. In the morning, some random staff opened the room without any permission or knock. It was very disappointing.

Great Experience, Friendly Staff and Good Connectivity.

The bed was well-maintained. They provided a duvet and a pillow, along with a storage space. A deposit amount is to be paid to get the lock from the reception. The amount is completely refunded once the lock & key is returned. The stay is very close to Chakala Metro Station (Blue Line) and Andheri is just two stops. From where the local train is available to reach different destinations. Would recommend the place CRAFTBREW 2.0 right opposite the stay.

It would be better if there was a common restroom apart from the designated restrooms in the rooms. In case it is occupied by someone else.

Didn't expect this

The 6 dormitory room was decent, and the lockers were pretty big. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom was also clean and spacious.

The wifi speeds were very bad

No have washing cloth dry room, no have bed carton. No hqve bed fan . Ac on timing too late 7 o clock Evening. Bed sheet no change every 2 days.

Nightmare from Hell

I could rest and have some sleep with the AC on

The place was very unhygienic, hair everywhere- even on my matress and under the blanket. The place was stinking & the drain in the bathroom was totally blocked. After a shower I was standing in a pool of water and it wasnt draining at all.

Beware, it's not an AC dormitory!

The owner and staff kept the only AC in room off during the entire day. It was 33C in Mumbai and the only air supply provided in the room was through a small wall-mounted fan. Upon requesting to turn on the AC, they told that ACs are turned on only from 9 pm to 9 am and they cannot turn it on against the schedule. I do not understand how is this property listed to have AC dormitories on Booking.com when you are left with no AC amidst hot weather for the entire day!

Female only dorm

The bed was very comfy, check in was easy and staff were very nice and welcoming. The ac was a fan in the room which actually worked really well, woke up cold in the morning but no complaints at that as it was 34c outside. Liked that check out was at 12, so not too early and you could leave bags and sit in the common area where there were charging ports too. Adequate for the price of the stay, cant find much cheaper around.

Bathroom has a lot of bugs but dont think this can be helped. Shower didnt work the night I got there but this was around 2am so think maybe the water is turned off at night. Worked the following day though. The Wi-Fi wasnt good
