Very good

Exceptional facilities and amenities. Great lounge area with free rice (+ seasonings, pickled vegetables) and great selection of drinks. Free curry in the morning.

It is located in a nightlife area, though there is a train station nearby and it is very close to Tsukiji and Hamarikyu gardens. Showers are not private as they are located in the hot springs area.

Great hotel chain, but some details could be better

Lots of convenient freebies, overall cleanliness and great location. Beds are comfy

The capsule rooms are too warm, a lower temperature would be more comfortable to sleep in. It got me a little sweaty in the morning. The ventilation is a little noisy, though earplugs are free. The clock screen in the capsule is quite bright and can't be dimmed.

Very price worthy and centrally located

Good place for the price. Free drink bar, including alcohol, and curry breakfast was also included. Many amenities that included earplugs that were useful when people snored. The capsule was also good and fairly spacious, I could sit up straight. Bathrooms were clean and the onsen/showering area was also well maintained.

A bit dusty ventilations. Would have liked if the ventilation system in the capsule was a bit cleaner. However I would still stay here again.

The best and hostel in the world

I like everything in this hostel!!! The staff are very friendly. The hostel location is excellent, which is close to ShinBashi station. The best part is that you can get the onsen 24 hours!!!!! and lots of facilities and supplies, way way better than you expect!!! it's really to stay in this hostel, which would make me definitely coming back!!!! You are my number 1 hostel in the world!!
