Very good

Perfect for a few days

It was a perfect accomodation for 1-2 nights, with a very clean and warm room, having everything we needed for a night. Also, there was a bus station near by with buses taking you to the city center. Lastly, the check in / out options were very handy and easy to do.

The layout of the room could be better, since there was a sloped part of the ceiling in both sides of the bed making it difficult for us to move around. Also the sliding door for the bathroom did not made us feel comfortable enough.

Everything was fine. Very quiet place and a nice view. Not far from train station (Waverley) 35 minutes by foot. A lot of food shops are not so far (3 Sainsbury's and 1 Tesco). Huge park 20 minutes by foot with ducks, swans, and seagulls. Also, in Edinburgh, they have Portobello beach (more than 1 hour by foot). I recommend.

If you have a microwave in the future, it will be amazing. Maybe not in the room, but in this guest house, in general.

Great location and warm cosy room. Lots of instructions and maps for directions and things to do.

The iron sprayed out brown water, so we asked for a replacement and received the tiniest iron. The room was not very clean...found unused condoms behind the bed and a nose ring on the floor.

Overall,we enjoyed our stay.

They will clean the room daily,hair dryer was working,refilled our coffee, teas,etc daily, staff was all very respectful and we were allowed to check in early since the room was available.big thanks!

I just don't know why the rooms was so hot inside even we don't use the heater.we had to open the window even its 0 degree outside just to normalizer the temperature inside the room.
