The staff very helpful and very nice

No elevator from basement car park and we can only get one key for the room so it make unconvenience situation whenever I have to leave my room while my family still stay in the room

Hotel with great location for value of money

The location! Since i need to go to visit family in the hospital, this htel has perfect location ! Furthermore, it is also walking distance from one of the Nice malls in Bandung. The staffs are friendly including the security and the maintenance employes. The FO staffs are also friendly.

Value for Money htel with good location

I need to go to the hospital Hasan Sadikin, and Zest Sukajadi is maybe 150m from it. So to me, the location is great!. It is also kot far from Paris van Java mall, to the toll road, etc. It is . The staffs are also great!

Nothing really, except at the same moment when i checked in, group of students with thir tea teachers were also there, so it cause so much noise at the "not so big" lobby.

Very good! Good value for money.

Strategic location with spacious room (executive room). Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a caf at rooftop so you can chill and enjoy Bandung view at night time. Walking distance to Paris Van Java (PVJ).. around 15-20minutes. Good value for money.

What I can suggest is various the food for breakfast.

Friendly staff, bathroom clogged with water.

Staff are friendly from Front Desk, Guest Service on the phone, HK and in the breakfast room.

Beddings and towel are worn out. Bathroom clogged with water. Yellow stained in the shower. Old trash bin in the bathroom.

Staff was very helpful. We came early because took the morning flight. Reception team was very attentive and trying their best to find a room that is ready even before our regular check in time. Terimakasi, teteh yang handle check in kami. Maaf sy lupa tanya namanya.
