Comfortable and relaxed

The location and its room is clean and nice. Service is a bit deteriorating and I believe the staff are too busy and not enough of staffing.

I would come back in a heartbeat.

I loved everything about our stay at the Wynn Palace. Service, hospitality, and attentiveness was present and at a high quality. We were offered early check in around 12pm but for a lower level room, so we decided to wait until our regular check in time, but the staff were very kind and helpful during our stay.

There wasn't any streaming services available, and we were only able to watch a limited of channels that we liked so it did encourage us to not stay in our room for a long period of time, but other than that we loved everything about our stay!
