Very relaxing n beautiful stay.

The property is high-end and luxuriously decorated. Most of the necessities of the customers are met inside the room. Very spacious n cleanliness is met. Simon, who assisted us for our check in is very courteous, friendly n polite.

Hotel to enhance the arrangement for the breakfast buffet and to train their therapists. Dont waste the nearly perfect

The hotel environmental condition, room and toilet & shower facilities are great.

Long queue for breakfast buffet. Besides, the spa is terrible. Products and facilities are wonderful, however, the therapists are terrible. They were quite lazy when doing massage. For the 30-minute eye treatment and 30-minute facial massage, they just do the massage less than 1 minute for both face and eye. And their skill didnt meet the 5-star hotel spa standard which costed me about $5000 for 2 persons.

Generally recommend but the check in / counter experience needs to be improved for a premium hotel

Location and property were both nice. Good cleanliness.

Check in experience was poor for a premium hotel. Insufficient staff available at the check in desk and far too long to process each arrival resulted in a long queue. A wait of over 30 minutes to be seen by staff.

This is my third time staying at the Grand Lisbota Hotel. As with previous experiences, my stay was very peaceful, comfortable and satfisfactory. As for my last stay, thank you to the manager of your hotel, Ms Leung for upgrading my room. Oversall, the tooms at Lisbota are big, clean, comfortable and tidy, and the lighting is very comfortable too. The air conditioning is appropriately cold. I also love the gorgeous garden and the buffet. Moreover, I love the environment of the Casino, and there has a variety of new slot machines. And your staff's services and attitude are good and up to standard. I will definitely choose to stay at your hotel next come.
